NoJessery - Custom ERP
In 2021, I consulted for a mid-sized moving company and built them a custom ERP system called NoJessery. The website served as a single-source-of-truth for all their business data, automated repetitive processes, and provided KPI tracking and business insights.
Key features:
- Automatically integrates with 5 external data sources: General Ledger, HRIS, Time Clock, CRM, and Phone System.
- Automatically reconciles customer sales, accounts receivable, and CRM. Since adoption, the client has saved over 30 hours per week in accounting time and reduced coding errors to zero.
- Resource-aware scheduling module allows sales staff to automatically dispatch movers to job without over-booking. Movers are notified by SMS of their schedule and the system tracks confirmations.
- Created new pricing model based on job profitability, business costs, and market analysis. Created automatic quoting form, enabling salespeople to quickly provide accurate moving quotes.
- Real-time sales KPI tracking and immediate feedback to salespeople on commissions. Improved sales conversion ratio by 40% within months of adoption.
